Since our products are handmade and food items, returns and replacements are accepted only under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Eligible for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

1. Damaged or Leaking Product: The package arrives broken, crushed, damaged, or leaking.
2. Wrong Item Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
3. Quality Issue: The cookies are stale, spoiled, have visible mould, or have a genuine quality issue.
4. Missing Items: One or more products from your order are missing.

Please Note: Returns or replacements will not be accepted simply because you did not like the taste or found the flavour different from your expectations. Since our cookies are handmade, slight variations in texture, appearance, and flavour may occur from batch to batch.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

1. The return request is made more than 24 hours after delivery.
2. The package has been opened, partially consumed, or the product has been eaten.
3. The product was damaged or spoiled due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
4. Festive or Gift Combo Packs where the original seal has been opened.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• A clear photograph of the complete package
• A close-up photograph or video showing the damage or issue
• Your Order ID
• Your registered mobile number

4. Refund & Replacement

Replacement

For approved cases involving damaged products or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.

Replacement shipping will be provided free of charge.

Refund

If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund of 100% of the product value will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Note: Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Refunds are limited to the product amount.

5. Shelf Life

The shelf life of Desert Bucket products is 5 months from the date of manufacturing, subject to proper storage as instructed on the product packaging.
